I think you’ll see that prices drifted slightly lower in most zip codes the last few months. This is after seeing median prices trying to strengthen for about a year and a half.
As I say in the video post below, I think prices are bottoming out for metro Phoenix, although median prices in more expensive zip codes may continue to fall for awhile.
I expect March median prices to be clearly above January’s and I don’t expect prices to match January’s lows again… but you never know.
