That chart looks pretty dang good but this gentleman’s collection of charts has a lot of scary ones as well.

Before you get depressed looking at the national charts, just remember that Arizona is not the United States.

Arizona will likely be one of the first real estate markets to get back to normal… whatever normal is.

In fact, I believe the metro Phoenix residential real estate market as a whole has already bottomed out.
