Conclusion
Metro Phoenix homes sales were very strong in April but metro Phoenix home prices didn’t really move.
If we continue to see such strong sales, we would no doubt see prices start to increase.
The high season, however, is ending so we may not reach the tipping point for stronger prices this year. We’ll see.
Nevertheless, it’s clear the market dynamics have changed… homes are selling… although at very cheap prices in most areas.
