There’s a lot to like about this story out of Florida.
Bank of America tried to foreclose on these Florida homeowners… except the homeowners didn’t owe BofA any money. So, the homeowners sued to get back the legal fees they spent defending themselves against the screw-ups at BofA and the homeowners won in court. The screw-ups at BofA wouldn’t pay up so the Florida homeowners “foreclosed” on a Bank of America branch in Florida until BofA paid up.
