I bet the National Associaton of Realtors is pimping the heck out this housing refinance program with all the new lobbying money they’re forcing Realtors to pay.
Hey NAR, if you want a long-term stable real estate market, stop it with the temporary programs, they just disrupt the market and delay the recovery!
I think these programs like NAR’s baby, the $8,000 first-time home buyer tax credit, are more about NAR lobbyists justifying their jobs and high salaries than they are about helping Realtors, home buyers, home sellers and home owners.
I’m afraid the NAR lobbyists have “captured” the National Association of Realtors.
