I just updated the weekly tables of homes sold for all the zip code pages (right-hand column of home page).
In addition, over the last two weeks I’ve improved the format of the tables to make them cleaner and easier to scan. I rearranged the order of the columns so that the address is now the first column and made a lot of other formatting tweaks.
I hope you find the tables of homes sold easier to read and the information is valuable to you.
Take care,
John Wake
ADDED: I just changed the sort order so that home sales are now sorted by price from the highest sold price home to the lowest sold price home. All single family homes are grouped separately and above the condo/townhouse/patio homes. (If a line ends with a “c” the home is a condo, townhouses or patio home.)
