85021 Phoenix, Arizona - Home Listing Charts
About the MLS listing charts. I buy the charts below from Altos Research. They create the charts using data gathered from Realtor.com and not directly from official MLS data which is not available for this purpose. The two datasets, however, should be similar. Thank you for the data. All the national news and these charts point to more pain ahead. It appears that prices must fall to move the existing inventory. If anyone has a different point of view please comment.

quite frankly, i liked the old way better….i don’t think people really care - unless they are realtors - about the current trends….there are too many pages to go through just to see homes for sale…

I’m afraid I don’t have that website anymore. It was very expensive and with the real estate market as it is…
There are pros and cons to both the old and the new. The new one works great for a lot of people because they just get information on their neighborhood, not the whole zip code, and they get a lot more information on each home.
If you have a specific neighborhood you actively follow, you will probably prefer the new system. http://www.arizonarealestatenotebook.com/phoenix-mls-listings/
A simpler option is here.

And if you are planning to buy a home soon, I would be happy to make a custom report for you of homes that meet you criteria.

So, you have 3 options but the old system isn’t one of them.
Sorry about that!
