i have bad credit and i am looking to buy a 5 bedroom home here in north phoenix az or in glendale or peoria. i am at present time renting a 4 bedroom home at 3725 w. crocus dr phoenix. 1 am paying $980 per month and have never been late with my payments. i am moving because we have an electrical problem at the circut box and the landlord apperently is not going to repair it. also since i have a large family i need 5 bedrooms. please reply by e-mail to my e-mail address
