Can you tell me what the 2007 median value percentage drop is for Mesa area 85202. I’m told that 94 % of all valley homes fell in value. My 2008 and 2009 valuations have gone up?

Michael,
Eyeballing the graph above, it doesn’t appear the prices fell much between 2006 and 2007 on average. 85202 is a create location. Most zip codes clearly fell between 2006 and 2007.

Michael, this may help (source - http://www.maricopa.gov/ASSESSOR/pdf/FinalPressReleasev76Feb07.pdf):
“Mr. Russell reminds all property owners, that for the 2008 Notice, all changes in their assessment
reflect changes in market conditions between the start of the third quarter of 2005 to the end of
the second quarter of 2006. This schedule is observed in all 15 counties in Arizona. Much of the
increase in the single family market came during the third quarter of 2005.”
