Where can I go to find the actual value of some homes sold in Mesa, Az in 2005. Second question is how do I see who the lender is on my deed at this time. New Century Mtg. owned it at time of purchase; the government investigated them and since they were stopped from doing business, Ocwen and Litton took over the mortages (1st and 2nd). I don’t believe the mortgage is still in Ocwen’s name. Thanks for your time, Marcia

How is the outlook for homes off of Power and Southern on the arizona Golf Course look? New management bought the Golf Course and Country club last year and have been renovating ever since trying to turn it into a 5 star resort. Do the homes surrounding the golf course look like they will go up in value over time? I know some homes were selling for $250,000 in 2005. Do you think they will be a worthwhile investment to purchase a home in this area to live in?

I think there is great potential for appreciation in there once prices stop falling (could be soon) and if you buy right.

If it’s an area you would enjoy living in, I think you should do it. The odds are very good that it will appreciate, maybe not over the next serveral months but it’s very likely after that.

Just want to make sure we are talking about the same area. Golden Hills? Especially homes around the golf course. (Behind Seranos Restaurant on the 6th tee) That area and nearby? Outlook good here for appreciation? I always felt this bedroom community was way undervalued even in 2005 and the homes should have listed in the 300s at that time. The area is close to everything. The 60 and the 202 and 20 minutes away to Salt River.
