Good layout….I agree with “Dick’s” suggestion of listing in descending order of the prices. If possible also list the name of the community in which it is located. Thanks. MT

I loved it also! What a great way to look for a new home. The pictures made you feel like you were there looking at the property in person. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for all your great and appreciative comments.

I’m not looking forward to all the tedious hours it will take to do all the zip codes but your comments have me psyched up about it now.

Dick Radom and M.Thull, right now the listings are sorted with the newest listings on top. I researched it and I can indeed have them sorted from the highest to lowest price. I just made that change, in fact, so tomorrow they will be sorted that way.

Check it out and tell me what you think.

You are all a realtor should be! Thanks for all you do to help keep us informed of the housing market whether we are buying, selling, or just keeping tabs on things. We never know when we might be on the buying or selling end.

Hey guys, it turns out that I can’t sort by price.

I exchanged some emails with a computer guru at the company and he said there is no way around it. In this format, they have to have the most recent listings on top.

Sorry about that.
