appreciate your updates…question…13642 e columbine drive, scottsdale was listed for 725,000, then no listing, then saw your email at 495, 000….having company coming in the end of august and they would like to look…is this house on or off the market, if on, what has happened with the price or is my priicing incorrect…..thank you
