i use to be able to open this site up and go right to the listings in Surprise and look through them, now I can never seem to find them and I also want to look by community which I can no longer see????

John,
I don’t have the listings directly on the website anymore. That system was very expensive and with the real estate market as it is…
However, you can still get the information another way that includes a map of where the homes are located.
To get that you need to go to;
http://www.arizonarealestatenotebook.com/phoenix-mls-listings/
pick your neighborhood or neighborhoods and sign up.
Emails will be sent to you went a new home that meets your criteria hits the market.
Some people find it a hassle to set up but love it once they learn the ropes.
