This information appears to put 2009 assessor valuations in dispute. My experience with the assessors is “a large disparity in values is apparrent in some areas. I have just started researching this. I have been told that the assessor has an average $15 per property to do the job and an out of date computer system. Can you confirm any of this or add anything?

I’m sorry but I just don’t know about that. I do know that you can dispute the assessment but even if you win, it’s only good for that year.
