Great website! I use it often.
Found small issue with charts.

Inventory of homes appears to be showing a sharp decline and Average days on market appears to be showing a sharp rise.
charts are decieving as the due to x y axis out of proportion.
Average days on market could use a 365 day x and y axis giving it a much more true reflection of the real market.
If inventory of homes axis went to 0 for a base it would be a differant looking chart.

I can’t say I like the look of those charts, but you can’t argue with the truth. Thanks for keeping these updated, I can only imagine how much work it is.
