Back (Soon) By Popular Demand - Just Listed HomesBoy, oh boy, did I get a lot of email about discontinuing “Just Listed Homes.” I’ve never gotten so much email about a change since I started Home Sale News in 2001. Therefore, I’m going to add a new MLS “Just Listed” system that will be as easy to use as the old system. That is, I’m keeping the new neighborhood-based MLS system and adding another new map-based MLS system to this website. The new, new system can display “Just Listed” MLS listings in a format similar to the old system’s. I found out the old system was very popular. The problem was I knew it was also very expensive and it was generating surprisingly little business for me! (Point of Clarification: The purpose of this website is to generate business for me as a Realtor.) So, if you use the new MLS system you have to cross your heart and promise to use me as your Realtor. A link to the new MLS system is below but the custom made “Just Listed” pages for each zip code will have to wait. It will take me days to create a “Just Listed” page for all 124 zip codes and I’m too busy right now helping clients (Thank goodness!). The new new Phoenix map-based MLS system. I’m only interested in 85248. It used to be easy to view houses for sale, pictures and description. Now it is too difficult. I’m not interested in all the graphs, sold homes, etc. If we can’t go back to an easy way, (a coulple clicks) and see what’s out there, please take me off and I’ll do something else.

I like still having the sales for 85248 but miss seeing the new listings for this area.
