So what do we think home prices will be comparable to once this thing hits bottom? End of 2004?

Elizabeth, No one knows. One or two zip codes on the outskirts are already at late 2004 prices!

Hey John….I see that one of the Cuernavaca Segundo (I know, the association changed the name) homes sold in this period. (2,280 368 5/2 81 $838,500 c 7500 E Mccormick Pkwy Lot 69). I am proud of the fact I did some drafting and design work on that project when I was a youngster working for Geoff Edmunds. The design concept has withstood the test of time. I can’t believe it is still getting such a premium per square foot in this horrible RE market.
Are you familiar with this project? You have it listed as a “c” Condo, but it is anything but. Really zero lot line homes in a PUD. I am hoping to talk my wife into buying one when we retire in Scottsdale, but she wants to live by our friends from MN up by Pinnacle Peak. We will see.
