85262 Scottsdale, Arizona - Home Sale Charts (Beta)
About the home sale charts. I create these monthly charts using official Maricopa County home sales data. I’m still beta testing these charts so they may still have some errors. Please contact me if you see any errors.
Be aware that the fewer the number of sales, the more erratic the median prices will be from month to month.

85262 Scottsdale, Arizona - Home Listing Charts
About the MLS listing charts. I buy the charts below from Altos Research. They create the charts using data gathered from Realtor.com and not directly from official MLS data which is not available for this purpose. The two datasets, however, should be similar. Again, John, these graphs are simply wrong. I think you need to add 85262 and 85266 to get accurate readings until the change in zip code straightens itself out.

Well, I buy this graphs every month (they aren’t cheap) and they aren’t set up to combine zip codes.
I could just remove this charts for the new zip codes and wait 6 months before posting them again. Now, that I can do myself.
Or I could write a little declaimer on the zip code graphs that are new or had their boundaries changed on July 1.
What do you think?

How do I switch preferences for my report from 85262 to 85266?

There are 2 easy steps to changing the zip codes of the e-newsletters you receive from Home Sale News.
1) Unsubscribe from the e-newsletters you don’t want by clicking “Unsubscribe” in the top line of any of the e-newsletters for that zip code.
2) Subscribe to the new e-newsletters you want at http://www.homesalenews.com .
Thanks for subscribing!
