I really appreciate the new charts. Although I do not plan on selling anytime soon, I do watch what is happening in the Real Estate market in my area.
It is quite disturbing to see where the market as gone in the last couple of years.
I hope you are able to sustain yourself in this down market. Just hang on, it will come back!

A picture says a thousand words. I think you can look at those charts and know more about the market in your zip code than I could explain in a book. And that knowledge, I hope, is power for you.

Thank you for your concern. Actually, I’m doing very well. When few homes are selling, a good Realtor is more valuable than ever to home sellers.

Nevertheless, you point is right, 2009 will likely be a better year for home sales than 2008.

Could you plot the graph of Median Home Price divided by Median Price/Square Foot to get the median Square Foot of home sold? (Is it around 1800 sqft?)
