I’m a bit of a numbers guy and an internet guy so I made it myself.
If you like the general appearance, you can copy that. The website is based on a “Wordpress” blog (although mine is HIGHLY customized) which uses the “Cutline” theme.
That should help you get started.

I really liked seeing your charts. You seem to know ALOT about numbers and housing. I am taking a shot here and asking for your opinion….I’m pinching pennies and robbing peter to save paul and a house in the 85297 zip code! I bought it early 2008 for about $270K. Will it ever come back? Am I fighting a losing battle to hold on to something that is so upside down? I have no emotional attachment and am 44 years old and don’t contribute to a retirement account because I am putting everything in to the mortgage. (5% 30 year VA backed). Any words of advice?
