Thank you for your website. It is really helpful. I am trying to figure out how to go about refinancing my rental house in Tatum Ranch. I looked it up on Zillow.com and it came up with a value of $230k. I was wandering if you think that thier estimate is at all accurate. Thank you for any help in this.

16% of the time Zillow value estimates are off by 20% or more, either hi or lo.

In the past four months the most expensive home sold that was listed as being in Cave Creek was $1,350,000.
