Back (Soon) By Popular Demand - Just Listed Homes

Boy, oh boy, did I get a lot of email about discontinuing “Just Listed Homes.” I’ve never gotten so much email about a change since I started Home Sale News in 2001. Therefore, I’m going to add a new MLS “Just Listed” system that will be as easy to use as the old system.

That is, I’m keeping the new neighborhood-based MLS system and adding another new map-based MLS system to this website. The new, new system can display “Just Listed” MLS listings in a format similar to the old system’s.

I found out the old system was very popular. The problem was I knew it was also very expensive and it was generating surprisingly little business for me! (Point of Clarification: The purpose of this website is to generate business for me as a Realtor.) So, if you use the new MLS system you have to cross your heart and promise to use me as your Realtor.

A link to the new MLS system is below but the custom made “Just Listed” pages for each zip code will have to wait. It will take me days to create a “Just Listed” page for all 124 zip codes and I’m too busy right now helping clients (Thank goodness!).

    Great Stats showing the current return to the mean,what most folks can qualify for and afford to keep and live in.The flipping and its inflationary spiral has reversed itself.

    85338 prices are going to be very attractive in no time if the median home price trend continues. In fact, I bet you can find individual homes that are very well priced homes even if you assume the median home price will continue to fall.

    You may or may not know that Goodyear now has two ZIP codes, 85338, which you show, and 85395 which you do not show. Is it possable to get the sales info for the 85395 ZIP code? The 85395 ZIP takes in the area of Goodyear north of the I-10 and includes the PebbleCreek subdivision as well as others.
