I am a retired Realtor/Developer of 40 years. I own 2 homes in SCW.
I find your website very informative. I am interested in Exchanging my rental house at 21010 125th for a condo in SCW. The rental house has been remodled and is on the golf course. I would carry the paper on the difference in value. I have $275,000 in the home but realize that the fair market value is around $235-240,000. Looking for condo in the $100 to 150,000 range. The 21010 125th property is free and clear.
I want this to be a Section 1031 Exchange.
